The Salish Sea
The Salish Sea is a part of Cascadia, sharing a border between the US and Canada.
Historically this area was inhabited by the Coastal Salish People who have been living here at least since the last ice age roughly 10,000 years ago.
Due to the fact that it is bisected by two different nation states, it is a perfect example of why we need bioregional thinking.
We'll dive into that once this page gets more content.
